Brazos County Realty, LLC: The Aggie Real Estate Team
Welcome to the Team Ginger Magoon!
As a lifelong resident of Bryan-College Station with over 16 years of real estate experience, I am a member of Bryan-College Station Board of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors and, also have a CDPE designation which is a Certified Distressed Property Expert. This certification allows me to help homeowners avoid foreclosure.
In my experience as a Bryan-College Station real estate professional, I’ve found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs. This “client first” philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. This has also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
No matter if you are looking to buy or sell land, a home, or commercial property, I have experience in all areas. Call Ginger at 979-218-6416!
