ANSWER: Within 30 days of your move-out, your security deposit or an itemized description of deductions must be mailed to you.
We will mail it to the forwarding address provided to us on the Notice of Intent to Vacate Form. If you do not provide us with a forwarding address, we are required to send it to your last known address.
