Elizabeth and I have been working hard to set up our new home and just put the finishing touches (for now) on the house yesterday. Now that we have some time to sit back and take a breath, I wanted to take a moment to thank you both for all of your help finding and closing on our home. Your expertise, skill, and sound advice throughout the process were invaluable. We appreciated your patience with us as we searched for what we wanted as well as your ability to navigate us through the process once we knew we were interested in this house. In particular, we want to thank you for finding a solution to our financing hiccup and helping that important piece go through. In the end, the rate and lender situation turned out better than what we had previously set up. What a blessing.
Thank you, also, for the kind note, the lovely framed “House Rules”, and the DC key chain you left for us to find when we first got here. What a nice touch that was, it really made us feel right at home before we even unloaded.
