To lease from Brazos County Realty, please print one form for each adult who will be leasing the property.
Lease Guarantor / Application Forms
This form needs to be filled out by the parents or guardian of the lease applicant who is an unemployed student.
Notice of Intent to Vacate
Tenants should complete and return to satisfy the 90-day written notice of intent to vacate.
Residential Lease Inventory & Condition Form
This form should be completed upon move-in, then provided to the landlord within the first week of occupancy.
