Brazos County Realty, LLC: The Aggie Real Estate Team
Carissa Chandler: Brazos County Realty LLC ‘s Newest Team Member
Carissa Chandler likes to say she has “two only children” with husband, Rusty, whom she’s been married to for over 20 years. Their sons, Kaleb and Kyson, have an age difference of 12 years between them. The couple has spent the majority of their 20 year marriage living, working, and raising their sons right here in Bryan/College Station, and thoroughly enjoy everything this “big small town” continually has to offer. Rusty works as the general sales manager for Atkinson Toyota in Bryan. Kaleb, a recent A&M Consolidated High School graduate, currently attends Blinn College with plans to transfer to Texas A&M. Kyson is a student at Pebble Creek Elementary.
Carissa first began working at age 16 in her hometown of Belton, Texas, and hasn’t really ever stopped since. In addition to her various jobs as a teen, Carissa spent the next 20 years working in virtually every position of a medical office; including billing, coding, and management, before staying home with her then newborn son in 2010. She valued the time she was able to focus solely on being the primary caretaker for her sons and managing the household, but always knew she wanted to eventually return to the workforce. One reason she decided on a career in real estate is because she loves living here and loved the idea of helping others settle in so they can love it, too.
She is resourceful, above all else. If she doesn’t know something her clients inquire about, you can rest assured that she will do what it takes to find out. That’s why Carissa asks that you “Check with Chandler before you make your move.” Carissa can be reached at 979-571-8589.
