1. Give Notice
You must give at least 90 days written notice of termination or intent to move out. Complete a Notice of Intent to Vacate, and turn in form to our office.
2. Unit Inspection
A walk through inspection is done on the first business day after your lease expiration date between 7am and 7pm.
Your security deposit and the itemization of security deposit will be mailed to your forwarding address, with in 30 days of your lease expiration date.
*If you receive a refund check, the check will be made payable to all residents on the lease at the time of expiration.

4. Dispute Refund
If you disagree with the charges taken from your security deposit, you must send your dispute to us in writing.We will respond to you in writing as quickly as possible, within 4-5 weeks.
